Cancer of elderly men. Common in men with Human papilloma virus infection and poor hygiene.
Present late due to social embarrassment. Common presentation is phimosis (inability to retract the foreskin), foul smelling discharge, pain or bleeding.
Conservative treatment for early cancer like
- Topical chemotherapy
- Laser surgery
- Circumcision
- Glansectomy
Larger tumor may need
- Partial penectomy
- Total penectomy
Rarely radiation and chemotherapy are given.
