Overview
Obstruction of the UPJ is one of the most common congenital abnormalities of the urinary tract. Currently, the vast majority of UPJ obstructions (90%) are detected with prenatal ultrasonography. A pyeloplasty can either be done by the robotic, open, or laparoscopic route.
